Mr. Jim Diani, a native of Santa Maria and President of A.J. Diani Construction Co., Inc. since 1988, has a long history of dedication to improving the Central Coast community and the children and families who call it “home”. His community efforts related to those the Family Care Network serves, include, but are not limited to: directorships with the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Allan Hancock College Boosters, Vocational Training Center, Santa Maria Valley Council of Camp Fire, Santa Maria Youth Football, United Way of the Central Coast, Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Council, and service on the Santa Maria-Bonita Elementary School District Task Force and their K-8 Study Committee. In addition to being the proud parents of two children and the grandparents of three, Mr. Diani and his wife, Teresa, have also served the Central Coast community as Foster Parents, M-2 Prison Ministry Sponsors, Home Care Pastors and 4-H Leaders. Mr. Diani’s commitment to building a quality community that is conducive to healthy children and strong families is exemplary.
