The Family Care Network invites you to savor the flavors at our 7th annual Taste of the Central Coast, a benefit for local foster and high-needs children, youth and families. The Taste of the Central Coast is a fine food and wine tasting event paired with a live and silent auction to raise funds that directly benefit the local children and families served by the Family Care Network. Guests will enjoy more than 40 outstanding Central Coast restaurants and wineries offering fantastic food, decadent desserts and fabulous wine samplings, in addition to live jazz music surrounded by the beautiful backdrop of the Cypress Ridge Pavilion in Arroyo Grande. The Family Care Network will also be presenting the 2010 "Circle of Serving" award to Jim Glinn of San Luis Obispo County and Ken George of Santa Barbara County for their outstanding commitment to local youth. We are excited to announce that this year's Taste of the Central Coast is sold out! If you purchased tickets, we look forward to seeing you there.  For those without tickets, you are welcome to be included on the wait list by contacting Allison Mahavier at  (805) 706-0515. If you find yourself unable to attend there is still good news!  Join in on the auction fun by proxy bidding:

  • All proxy bidders will be contacted the week following the auction regarding successful bidding.

Simply submit your proxy bid form with “Sponsor a Child for Christmas” noted and your $100 donation (per child) will be used to make the holidays magical for a child or youth we serve.
